A Helpline of the Department of Immigration and Passports, Dhaka was launched on March 31, 2023. By using the Helpline, the applicants can get necessary information related to passport and visa, and advice on where to contact to solve their problems. This call center is open 24/7. This helpline can be accessed by dialing +8809666716445 from abroad.

ইমিগ্রেশন ও পাসপোর্ট অধিদপ্তরের হেল্পলাইন গত ৩১ মার্চ, ২০২৩ খ্রি: চালু করা হয়। হেল্পলাইনটি ব্যবহার করে সকল বাংলাদেশী নাগরিক পাসপোর্ট সংক্রান্ত ও বিদেশী নাগরিকগণ ভিসা সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনীয় সকল তথ্য সহায়তা পাবেন এবং তার সমস্যা সমাধানে কোথায় যোগাযোগ করতে হবে সে সংক্রান্ত পরামর্শ পাবেন। এই কল সেন্টার টি ২৪/৭ চালু আছে। বিদেশ থেকে +৮৮০৯৬৬৬৭১৬৪৪৫ নম্বরে ডায়াল করে এই হেল্প লাইনে কল করা যায়।
