Visa Fee

Who are eligible to apply:

An individual who is a regular student or student seeking admission/researcher in any government approved educational institution in Bangladesh, is eligible to apply for Student visa.

The eligible person of this category of visa, who has: 

a.    Invitation / offer letter from the concerned university / college/ school (educational institutions in Bangladesh);

b.    Declaration / recommendation letter from university / college/ school in Bangladesh;

c.    Letter from the concerned educational institution duly attested by the Bangladesh Ministry of Education in Dhaka;

d.    Bank guarantee documents.

Duration of visa:

A Student "S" Visa may be issued for a maximum of one (01) year with multiple entries. Duration of stay in this category is as required in each visit.

Extension of visa:

With reference to the local Institution and police clearance certificate, visa could be extended from the “Department of Immigration and Passport” (DIP), Dhaka, Bangladesh up to the course tenure.
